      Company History

      The company was established in 2008 as a limited liability company named )Miahona( under the Commercial Register No. 1010253603 dated 16/07/1429H (corresponding to 20/07/2008), with a fully paid-up capital of five hundred thousand (500,000) SAR divided into five thousand (5,000) cash shares of equal value, with a fully paid-up par value of one hundred (100) SAR per share, with a nominal value of one hundred (100) SAR per share. On 11/15/2023G the shareholders'' resolution decide to transform the company into a closed joint stock company which also included approval to increase the company''s capital from five hundred thousand (500,000) SAR to one hundred and sixty million, nine hundred and twenty-five thousand, five hundred and forty-three (160,925,543)) SAR divided into one hundred and sixty million, nine hundred and twenty-five thousand five hundred and forty-three (160,925,543) shares with an equal par value of one Saudi Riyal per share
