The company provides external human resources operational services, executive recruitment services, human resources management consulting, recruitment services and technical human resources products.
Company History
The International Human Resources Company was established on 14/08/1426 Ah (corresponding to 18/09/2005) as an individual institution to its owner, Ghazwa Abdullah Matar al-Alawi under the name of (Dar Al-Ajel Trading Corporation) and on On 17/06/1431 Ah (corresponding to 31/05/2010) The owner decided to waive the entire institution with its rights and its obligations, employment, Classification and licenses for (1) Mr. Ali bin Ammar bin Falah al-Harbi and (2) Ms. Rima Ali Ammar al-Harbi, and the new partners decided to transform the institution from an individual institution into a limited liability company and modify its name to become (Consulting International for Consulting Company) and on 01/05/1442 Ah (corresponding to 16/12/2020 AD) the partners decided unanimously to agree to convert the company into a closed joint stock company
There are no investment limits on the company's shares as per the amended Rules for Qualified Foreign Financial Institutions Investment in Listed Securities and Instructions for the Foreign Strategic Investors Ownership in Listed Companies based on Company's bylaw and the issued Instructions by related regulators and supervisory authorities.
