CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company is a property and casualty insurance provider in Saudi Arabia. We also provide insurance products - such as personal accident and travel insurance and group life.
Company History
CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company (known previously as ACE Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company while the name changed based on Extraordinary General Assembly decision dated 18/10/2016), a Saudi Public Listed Company, incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the consent of the Council of Ministers Resolutions No.133 dated 07/05/1429(H) corresponding to 12/05/2008(G), and Royal Degree No. M/22 dated 08/05/1429(H) corresponding to 13/05/2008(G), with the share capital of Saudi Riyals 100 million. The Company is an Associate Company of CHUBB INA International Holding Limited, in joint venture with other Saudi investors. The Companys history of insurance activities goes back as far as 1970, when International Corporation for Trade and Contract Services (ICTCS) represented a Joint Venture Bahraini Insurance Company owned by the El Khereiji group and ACE INA International Holdings Limited.
