Company History
Thob AL-Aseel Company was established as a limited liability company Commercial Register No. (1010071301) dated 15/07/1409H (corresponding to 21/02/1989) with a capital of SR (2.000.000). The capital of the Company has been increased to SR (50.000.000). On 16/09/1435H. The Ministry of Commerce and Investment has approved the transfer of Thob Al-Aseel Company to be a closed joint stock company on 28/11/1437H (corresponding to 28/08/2016). The Extraordinary General Assembly of Thob Al-Aseel Company Ratified on Board of directors recommendation to increase the companys capital from SR (50.000.000) to SR (150.000.000)at the date of 09/06/1438 H (corresponding to 08/03/2017). The Extraordinary General Assembly of Thob Al-Aseel Company Ratified on Board of directors recommendation to increase the companys capital from SR (150.000.000) to SR (300.000.000) at the date of 20/10/1439 H (corresponding to 04/07/2018) And the extraordinary general assembly of the company met on 03/15/1443 corresponding to 10/21/2021 AH and decided to increase the capital from (300,000,000) three hundred million riyals to (400,000,000) four hundred million riyals
