Company overview
Arabian Contracting Services Co. is the leader in setting up and operating outdoor advertising billboards, including roadside advertising and indoor advertising. In roadside advertising, the Company participates in the tenders organized by various secretariat, municipalities, and government agencies in all provinces and cities of KSA to lease and invest in the many sites belonging to these agencies and secretariat by installing billboards in them and selling these billboards advertising spaces to their clients. The Company has recently expanded its business by entering the indoor advertising market. In this regard, the Company entered into a number of exclusive contracts with the owners of commercial centers in different regions within the Kingdom.
Company History
Arabian Contracting Services Co. was established as a Saudi limited liability company in the city of Riyadh on 18-05-1403 AH (corresponding to 03-03-1983 AD) with the aim of working in the field of establishing and operating outdoor advertising boards. Arabian Contracting Services Co. was listed on the Saudi Exchange Market (Tadawul) - the main market on November 15, 2021 to become a Saudi joint stock company with a capital of 500 Million Saudi riyals. During the past 40 years, Arabian Contracting Services Co. succeeded in leading the outdoor advertising sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it introduced the latest technologies and advertising means to the local market. It is also considered one of the main influencers in the Saudi advertising sector through its strategy of continuing to modernize its products and provide its services.
