Company History
The Company was incorporated on 13/02/1409H as an LLC with a capital of SAR 9,600,000 and CR 4030065231 on 18/09/1409H. Zamil Holding contributed 40%, Omar Kassem Alesayi & Co 30% and Abdulrahman Anam 30%. On 20/03/1411H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 14,000,000. On 14/10/1411H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 19,000,000. On 12/06/1413H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 24,000,000. On 30/07/1415H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 30,500,000. On 15/01/1417H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 31,600,000. Abdulrahman Anam transferred 30% to Frimex Investment. On 23/10/1424H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 50,000,000. In 2001G, the capital of Saudi Carton Factory was acquired for SAR 73.2 million and on 9/01/1430H, it was merged with the Company and was converted into a branch, the Companys capital increased to SAR 56,750,000. On 18/03/1437H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 200,000,000. On 6/04/1438H, the Company was converted into a closed joint stock company and Zamil Holding transferred 5% to Zamil Investment and 5% to Eastern Industrial Investment. On 19/10/1445H, the Companys capital increased to SAR 400,000,000.
