This include owning real estate and developing it into plots, managing, investing, selling and leasing them, owning plots of land for urban development, carrying out all the necessary works for construction, reconstruction, maintenance, demolition and surveying works related to, managing, operating and furnishing hotels , managing, operating and maintaining commercial facilities, importing and exporting equipment, machinery and furniture in relation to the company''s business, operating training institutes specialized in the field of hotel and hospitality, insuring and providing civil security guard services.
