Company History
Mayar Holding Company was established as a closed Saudi joint stock company under Commercial Registration No. (1010398836) dated 20/02/1435 AH (corresponding to 12/23/2013 AD) issued from the city of Riyadh with a capital of two million (2,000,000) Saudi riyals divided into two hundred thousand (200,000) ordinary shares of equal value, with a nominal value of ten (10) Saudi riyals. The current capital of the company is sixty million (60,000,000) Saudi riyals, divided by six million (6,000,000) ordinary shares of equal value and fully paid, and the nominal value of each A share of ten (10) riyals, and these shares are owned by one hundred and fifty-two (152) shareholders, including treasury shares.
