To provide periodic rental income and achieve growth in total assets value for unitholders by investing in developed ready to use income generating real estate assets, and distributing at least 90% of net profits twice a year in the months of March and September. The fund is a Shariah-compliant as approved by the assigned shariah board, and managed by SNB Capital a closed joint stock company organized and existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with Commercial Registration No. 1010231474. The fund manager appointed AlBilad Capital as a fund custodian and both ValuStrat and Knight Frank as independent valuators to value the fund assets.
