|Announcement Detail||Reference to the announcement of the Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) on 30/11/1443 AH corresponding to 29/06/2022 on the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the second meeting) regarding the Assembly’s approval of distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2021 with a total amount of (7,500,000) riyals, at (5%) of the company’s capital at the rate of (50 halalas) for each share owned by the shareholder. The company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that dividends will be distributed on Thursday 15/12/1443 AH corresponding to 14/07/2022 by direct transfer to bank accounts linked to investment portfolios To the shareholders, bearing in mind that the eligibility for dividends was for the shareholders owning the shares at the end of trading on Tuesday 29/11/1443 AH corresponding to 28/06/2022 (the maturity date), and those who are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following due date. |
