Fund Overview
The Fund aims to invest in real estate assets inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that are capable of generating periodic rental income, and to distribute no less than 90% of the Funds net profits annually on a semi-annual basis. The Fund is subject to Sharia supervision, and the (Sharia Review House) appointed as a Sharia advisor to supervise and provide advice on the Funds compliance with Sharia controls and standards.
