Company History
Anmat Technology Trading Company was established on September 17, 2008 (17/09/1429H) as a sole proprietorship in Riyadh, under Commercial Registration No. 1010256498, under the name Anmat Technology Trading, owned by Mr. Hassan Abdullah Ahmed Oqailan. The company was transformed from a sole proprietorship to a limited liability company under the name Anmat Technology Trading Company LLC on July 18, 2011, with a capital of 100,000 Saudi Riyals (SAR), divided into 2,000 equal cash shares, each valued at 50 Saudi Riyals (SAR). Two new partners were introduced: Ms. Dima Ayman Ahmed Oqailan and Ms. Sosan Mohammed Ahmed Oqailan. The shares were distributed as follows: Mr. Hassan Abdullah Ahmed Oqailan owns 100 shares, representing 5% of the company''s capital. Ms. Dima Ayman Ahmed Oqailan owns 1,000 shares, representing 50% of the company''s capital. Ms. Sosan Mohammed Ahmed Oqailan owns 900 shares, representing 45% of the company''s capital. The Articles of Association were amended based on the partners'' resolution dated 12/10/1444H (May 2, 2023), by increasing the company''s capital from 100,000 Saudi Riyals (SAR) to 38,000,000 Saudi Riyals (SAR), divided into 38,000,000 equal cash shares, with each share valued at 1 Saudi Riyal (SAR).
