Horizon Food Company Limited was established as a limited liability company under Memorandum of Association No. Horizon Food Company Limited hereinafter referred to as the was established as a limited liability company registered with Commercial Register No. 2051220421 dated 06/06/1439 AH and issued by the news Its founding contract is confirmed by the notary public under No. 39864333 dated 06/06/1439 AH, with a capital of thirty-one million eighty-nine thousand four hundred and eighty 31,089,480 Saudi riyals, divided into three million one hundred and eight thousand nine hundred and forty eight 3,108,948 shares On 01/06/1443 AH corresponding to 08/14/2021 AD the partners decided to increase the capital from thirty-one million eighty-nine thousand four hundred and eighty 31,089,480Saudi riyals to eighty million 80,000,000 Saudi riyals, while preserving the commercial registration number, name and date. On 07/05/1443 AH corresponding to 02/06/2022 AD the partners decision No. 100010580 was issued approving the conversion of the company and its subsidiaries from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company, with its rights and obligations and the transfer of shares to Shares with a nominal value of 10riyals per share.
