The REIT operates in accordance with Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations and REIT Instructions issued by the CMA. The Capital of the REIT is SAR 1,633,000,010. The REIT has a term of 99 years, which is extendable in the discretion of the Fund Manager with the prior approval of the CMA.
