The Exchange Traded Funds Market Making Framework aims to enhance secondary market liquidity in the ETF market, creating greater opportunities for investors and issuers, in line with global best practices. Market Makers ensure the availability of liquidity for listed Exchange Traded Funds by providing continuous quotes throughout market open session. The Saudi Exchange will monitor compliance with Market Maker obligations, and will provide incentives to the Market Maker after obligations are met.
