The price at which all subscribers in the offering will purchase the Shares will be determined after the book-building period. The Offering Period will begin on Thursday 17-11-1446H (corresponding to 15-05-2025G) and will end on Wednesday 23-11-1446H (corresponding to 21-05-2025G).
