Successful Completion of the Offering to Individual Investors for Derayah Financial Company

| Announcement Detail | HSBC Saudi Arabia in its capacity as Sole Financial Advisor, Bookrunner, Underwriter and Lead Manager announces the completion of the retail offering period and the final allotment of shares for Derayah Financial Company (“Derayah” or the “Company”).
