| Introduction | Yanbu Cement Company is pleased to announce the opening of membership nomination for the Board of Directors to its valued shareholders for the next Board term. Dear Shareholders, who are willing to nominate themselves or another person or more for the Board membership, shall submit a nomination application (Letter) for the Board membership for the next term in accordance with the provisions of the current Companies Law, all Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, and what’s included in the membership nomination and selection policy of the Board of Directors. The members of the Board of Directors will be elected at the next General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals. |
