Company History
Knowledge Tower Trading Company the Company or The Issuer was established individual establishment owned by Mrs. Nouf Hassan Abdullah Al-Yamani, under Commercial Registration No. 2050074963 dated 04/01/1432 AH corresponding to 06/03/2011 AD issued in Dammam, paid up capital amounting to ten thousand 10,000 Saudi riyals divided into one cash share of ten thousand 10,000 Saudi riyals. On 12/07/1439 AH corresponding to 29/03/2018 AD it was transferred from individual establishment with its rights, obligations, classification, licenses and all its technical, financial and administrative elements to a limited liability company while retaining the name, number and date of the commercial registry of the institution as a main center. On 21/02/1443 AH corresponding to 28/09/2021 AD, the company was converted from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company and the capital increased to seventeen million five hundred thousand 17,500,000 Saudi riyals, divided into one million seven hundred and fifty thousand 1,750,000 Share, the value of each share is ten 10 Saudi riyals. The company was registered in the Joint Stock Companies Register by virtue of Ministerial Resolution No. 566 dated 23/02/1443 AH corresponding to 09/30/2021AD, and Ministerial Resolution No. 573 dated 27/02/1443 AH corresponding to 10/04/2021AD. And Commercial Registration No. 2050074963 dated 01/04/1432 AH corresponding to 06/03/2011 AD issued in the city of Dammam.
