Company Profile
Company overview
In accordance with its Bylaws and commercial registration, the main objective of the Company is to engage in foreign manpower resources recruitment as an intermediary, and provide manpower services to households, corporate private sector and corporate public sector. The Company is one of the largest providers of manpower resources services of the human resources sector. The Company aims to provide innovative human resources solutions and services to its clients through a systematic framework, premium information systems and strategic partnerships that serve its employees, clients and community.
Company History
Maharah established as a closed joint stock company in accordance with the Ministerial Resolution No. 80/S, dated 02/04/1434H (corresponding to 13/02/2013G), with commercial registration No. 07/04/1434H (corresponding to 18/02/2013G). The company has a license from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development to recruit and source labor to corporate and household customers, at 31st March 2019 the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced the approval on the Initial Public Offering of Maharah Human Resources Company''s Shares. to be the first public listed company in its field.
