The companys activities, according to its articles of association, include: Repair of transport equipment, except for motor vehicles, Air transport of passengers, Handling of goods, Other transport support activities, Activities of employment agencies, Activities of travel agencies, Activities of tour operators. The companys activities, according to its main commercial register and subsidiary registers, include: Travel and tourism agencies, Repair and maintenance of aircraft, Scheduled air transport of passengers, Non-scheduled air transport of passengers, On-demand air carrier, Operation of aircraft for non-commercial purposes, Loading and unloading of air cargo aircraft, Aircraft brokerage services, Brokerage in selling aircraft parts and simulation devices. Providing services to Umrah performers and visitors of the Prophets Mosque coming from outside the Kingdom.
Company History
Flynas Company is a Saudi joint stock company under the Ministry of Commerce decision No. Q/161 dated 02/06/1438H (corresponding to 28/02/2017), and by virtue of the commercial registry No. 1010294138 dated 21/09/1431H (corresponding to 31/08/2010), with its registered address being 8018 - Unit No. 6, Abu Bakr Al Siddiq Road, 4040 Al Rabie District, P.O. Box 305161, Riyadh 13316, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company was founded on 26/08/1431H (corresponding to 07/08/2010) as a limited liability company named Flynas Limited Liability Company with a fully paid capital of three hundred thousand (300,000) Saudi Riyals divided into thirty thousand (30,000) shares with an equal nominal value of ten (10) Saudi Riyals per share, and it was registered in the commercial registry of Riyadh under No. 1010294138 dated 21/09/1431H (corresponding to 31/08/2010). On 02/06/1438H (corresponding to 28/02/2017), the company was transformed from a limited liability company to a closed joint stock company named Flynas Company by virtue of the Ministry of Commerce decision No. Q/161 dated 02/06/1438H (corresponding to 28/02/2017). The companys capital was approved to be increased twice since its establishment, where the first increase of the companys capital was by a decision of the partners dated 19/03/1438H (corresponding to 18/12/2016), from three hundred thousand (300,000) Saudi Riyals to one billion five hundred thirty-four million two hundred fifty thousand (1,534,250,000) Saudi Riyals divided into one hundred fifty-three million four hundred twenty-five thousand (153,425,000) shares with an equal nominal value of ten (10) Saudi Riyals per share, with an increase rate of approximately 511316.7% of the companys capital.
