The Companys main activities are the manufacture of container packing paper and industrial paper as follows: Packing paper such as (fluting paper, testliner corrugated carton paper Semi Chemical Fluting (SCF), industrial paper such as (Core board Plasterboard paper, Absorbent Kraft)The Companys core values are to provide high-quality products for its clients, and to contribute environmental preservation, The Companys always Develop their products to meet the market needs.
Company History
Middle East Company was incorporated as a limited liability on the year 1421H (2000G) with share capital of (15 Million SAR). in year 1432H (2011G) the Companys share capital increased gradually until it reached to (360 Million SAR), in year 1433H (2012G) the Company was converted into a Closed Joint Stock Company under HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 44/S, In addition in year 1435H (2014G), the Companys share capital increased to (400 Million SAR), then the Companys share capital increased to (500 Million SAR) consisting of (50 Million) ordinary shares with a nominal value of (SAR 10) each. The company''s capital has been increased again in 2022 to become 666,666,660 million riyals divided into 66,666,666 ordinary shares with a nominal value of (10) ten Saudi riyals per share, which is the company''s current capital.
