In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that Merak Capital Company has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Arranging Activity in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA approval dated 29/02/2024.

CMA Announces the Approval of Public Offering of "Jood Waqf Fund”
The CMA has issued its resolution approving the public offer, by "SNB Capital”, of “Jood Waqf Fund” An Investment decision without reading the Terms and Conditions carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the Terms and Conditions which includes detailed information on the Fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to be able to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks. If the Terms and conditions proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information. The Capital Market Authority approves the capital increase request for Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company through Capitalisation Issue
The CMA has issued its resolution approving Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company's request to increase its capital from SAR (300,000,000) to SAR (330,000,000) through capitalisation issue, such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of SAR (30,000,000) from “Retained earnings” account to the Company's capital. Consequently, increasing the Company's outstanding shares from (300,000,000) shares to (330,000,000) shares, by an increase of (30,000,000) shares. The extraordinary general assembly shall be held within six months from this approval date and the Company shall satisfy all regulatory requirements and applicable laws.
