  Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (5,312,501,000) detailed as follow: 1. Increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR755,001,000 to reach a total of SAR29,144,518,000. 2. Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR2,970,000,000 to reach a total of SAR26,541,777,000. 3. Increase in issuance 2024- 04-12 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR1,122,500,000 to reach a total of SAR29,693,351,000. 4. Increase in issuance 09-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5333) by SAR465,000,000 to reach a total of SAR43,946,443,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 21/08/2025.

• Cancellation of the License Granted to Edraj Capital Company

  The Board of the Capital Market Authority ("CMA") issued its resolution to cancel the license granted to "Edraj Capital" to conduct the activities of Arranging and Advising in the securities business. The cancellation of the license granted to the company "Edraj Capital" by the CMA's Board came after it was proven that the company did not fulfill the 'fit and proper' requirements to carry out the securities business for which the company was licensed. At the same time, the Board emphasized that the integrity of the market and the protection of investors necessitate this action.
