• The Capital Market Authority announces the Approval on the Registration and the Initial Public Offering of Cherry Trading Company's Shares

  The Capital Market Authority ("CMA") Board has issued its resolution dated 29/12/1446H corresponding to 25/06/2025G approving Cherry Trading Company's ("the company") application for the Registration and the offering of (9,000,000) shares representing (30%) of the Company's share capital. The Company’s prospectus will be published within sufficient time prior to the start of the subscription period. The prospectus includes all relevant information that the investor needs to know before making an investment decision, including the Company's financial statements, activities and management. A subscription decision without reading the prospectus carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the prospectus, which includes detailed information on the company, the offering and risk factors. Thus, providing potential investors the ability to evaluate the viability of investing in the offering, taking into consideration the associated risks. If the prospectus proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to consult with an authorized financial advisor prior to making any investment decision.   Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (2,355,024,000) detailed as follow: 1.    Increase in issuance 10-01-2019 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 1,175,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 27,613,517,000. 2.    Increase in issuance 15-01-2024 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR 650,013,000 to reach a total of SAR 21,490,787,000. 3.    Increase in issuance 12- 04-2024 (Tadawul code: 5344) by SAR 5,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 27,747,474,000. 4.    Increase in issuance 09-08-2023 (Tadawul code: 5333) by SAR 500,010,000 to reach a total of SAR 42,142,129,000. 5.    Increase in issuance 10-07-2017 (Tadawul code: 5245) by SAR 25,001,000 to reach a total of SAR 1,611,689,000.   Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 26/06/2025.

  Foods Gate Trading Co. EGM held on Tuesday 2025/06/24 has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Wednesday 2025/06/25 for Foods Gate Trading Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 40.00 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios by Sunday 2025/06/29.
