  The CMA has issued its resolution approving Mulkia Investment Company's request to increase its capital from ^(65,000,000) to ^(78,000,000) through issuing (1) bonus share for every (5) existing shares owned by the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the Security Depository Center as of the closing of the second trading day after the due date which will be determined later by the Company's board, such increase will be paid by transferring an amount of ^(13,000,000) from “Retained earnings” account to the Company's capital.   Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of ^ (18,720,603,000) detailed as follows: 1-    Issuance number 2025-05-10 with a total value of ^ 1,820,603,000 2-    Issuance number 2025-05-15 with a total value of ^ 16,900,000,000 Accordingly, listing and trading the government debt instruments shall commence starting from Monday 2025-05-26.
