| Change Details | A brief summary of the main updated items are as follows: 12. Distribution Policy The Fund Manager shall distribute semi-annually. These distributions shall include 100% of the dividend income received by the Fund and up to 50% of the net realized and net unrealized capital gains. Distributions would be subject to Fund Board approval. The Fund Manager may, at his discretion, make additional distributions during a calendar year, subject to Fund Board approval. The Fund Manager will take into account asset values, unit price, and prevailing market conditions while also considering the long-term growth of the fund's assets in order to make the most appropriate decision regarding whether to distribute profits or not. Distributions (if any) will be announced within ten (10) business days from the date of the announcement and publication of the fund’s quarterly report on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website. Details of the cash distributions will be published on the Saudi Exchange website: www.saudiexchange.sa. The entitlement to cash distributions will be based on the unitholders' register as of the entitlement date, which falls within twenty (20) business days from the distribution announcement date. Distributions will be paid within thirty (30) business days from the date of the announcement and publication of the fund’s quarterly report on the Saudi Exchange website. 31.
