Investors and Shareholders who do not wish to subscribe should note the importance of selling their rights during the trading period; as not to be exposed to a loss in the value of their investment portfolios as a result of not benefiting from their rights by sale or subscription. The Company would like to stress the importance of the shareholders and other general investors who wish to trade in the rights or subscribe in the new shares to contact their respective brokers to know the hours during which they may submit orders to trade in the rights and subscribe in the new shares.
