This project represents a significant step towards enhancing the company's capabilities in the cement sector. The Yamama Cement Factory boasts a production capacity of 20,000 tons of clinker per day, utilizing advanced technologies and high-quality standards, making it one of the latest and most efficient and sustainable factories worldwide. The company's management praised the efforts and strong partnerships that contributed to the success of this massive project. They also expressed confidence that this factory would significantly contribute to supporting the local economy in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The inauguration of the Yamama Cement Factory is considered a step towards realizing the company's vision of becoming a leader in the cement industry both locally and globally. It's worth noting that the commercial operation of the factory commenced on November 1, 2022, as previously announced on October 13, 2022, through "Tadawul". |
