This agreement results in a financial impact in the form of financial revenues for Yaqeen Capital, the value of the revenues is determined according to the progress of the stages, obtaining approval from the Capital Market Authority for the offering and listing, and the actual success of the offering and listing in the market. Upon the success of all stages of the offering and listing process, the total revenues collected from the process will exceed 5% of the total revenues of Yaqeen Capital, compared to the last audited annual financial statements for the year 2024 AD. |
