Hasan Shakib Murad Al-Jabri (Committee Chairman - Independent) Mr. Nader Ibrahim Ali al-Wehibi (Member) Mr. Abdullah Omer Abdullah Bawazir (Member) 4. The appointment of the Board of Directors Secretary and the representatives of the company with the Capital Market Authority, the Saudi Tadawul Group, and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) for all purposes related to the implementing of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations. |
