(Burgerizzr) announces the appointment of AlKhair Capital Saudi Arabia Company (Al-Khair Capital) as the financial advisor for the purposes of studying the transfer from the parallel market (Numo) to the main market based on the requirements of the Listing Rules amended pursuant to CMA resolution No. (1-108-2022) dated 19/10/2022. After completing the study, and if the company's board of directors finds that the conditions for the transfer are met, the board will issue its decision approving the transfer and submitting the application to the Saudi exchange and this will be announced. Note that the transfer to the main market is subject to the approval of the Saudi exchange and is conditional on fulfilling all the requirements stipulated in the listing rules and the other related regulations, and any later material developments on this matter will be announced duly. |
