Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance announces it has received, after the close of business Thursday 28 June 2018G, the confirmation to provide its health insurance services to the Saudi Ground Services (SGS) employees and their families for one year starting 1 July 2018. Bupa Arabia would like to draw the attention of the public that there is a related party in this contract; Mr. Abdulhadi Ali Shayef where he is a board member for Bupa Arabia and Saudi Ground Services. The contract is expected to have an impact on Bupa Arabia 2018 Financial Results with an initial value of (94,214,689). The contract will be shown to the next General Assembly meeting to take their approval.
