BUPA ARABIA FOR COOPERATIVE INSURANCE ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENTS OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE VICE CHAIRMAN, THE CEO AND THE FORMATION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES
Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company announces that its Board of Directors has approved, on Tuesday 26 Rabi Al-Akhar, corresponding to 24 January 2017G, the following related to its Board of Directors' appointments for the new Board term period:
1)The appointment of Eng. Loay Hisham Nazer as Chairman of the Board, 2)The appointment of Mr. David Martin Fletcher as Vice-Chairman of the Board,
3)The appointment of Mr. Tal Hisham Nazer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Managing Director of the Company,
4) The formation of the Board sub-committees, their respective members and the proposed Board Committees' Chairmen.
All these appointments, as detailed within this announcement, are subject to Bupa Arabia obtaining the required regulatory approvals where applicable.
