| Announcement Detail | Saudi Cable Company announces to its shareholders that it is unable to publish its annual financial results for the year ending on 31-12-2023 on Tadawul website, because the audit process has not been finalized, in sync with preparing and submitting the financial restructuring proposal to the trustee (it was handed over to the court, as previously announced). And it will be announced no later than April 21, 2024. The company would like to clarify that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied according to the listing rules approved by the CMA Board decision No. (1-10-2019) dated on (24-05-1440 H) corresponding (30-01-2019) and announced on (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019. The company also would like to confirm to its shareholders that it will commit to publishing its upcoming financial results on the approved publication dates in accordance with disclosure regulations of the Capital Market and Authority and Tadawul. |
