The Company “OBIC” received the Saudi Exchange “Tadawul” approval for listing of the Company’s shares in the Parallel Market “Nomu” on 23/11/1444H (corresponding to 12/06/2023G), as well as the Capital Market Authority “CMA” approval for the Initial Public Offering “IPO” of Company’s shares in the Parallel Market “Nomu” on 03/12/1444H (corresponding to 21/06/2023G), The Offering Period will start on Sunday, 30/03/1445H (corresponding to 15/10/2023G) and will end on Thursday, 04/04/1445H (corresponding to 19/10/2023G). The offering share price range for the book building and the subscription will be announced before the start of the Offering Period and the final offering price for all subscribers will be specified after the end of the Offering Period.
