The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be: 1- Ghannam Suliman AlGhannam (Chairman of the Board) 2- Dr. Mohammed Sultan AlSuhali (Independent) 3- Dr. Walid Addass (Independent) 4- Amer Afiouni (dependent)
