| Additional Information | Eligible shareholders are those who own shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on 02/01/1446H (corresponding to 08/07/2024G). Investors who do not wish to subscribe should note the importance of selling their rights during the specified trading period; so as not be exposed to a loss in the value of their investment portfolios as a result of not benefiting from their rights by sale or subscription.
