| Announcement Detail | In reference to the Shamal Al Riyadh for Healthcare Company’s Hospital project (the “Hospital”) located on Anas bin Malik Road in Al Sahafa District of Riyadh, which is affiliated with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group (the “Group"); the Group announces the issuance of the final license for the Hospital from the Ministry of Health on Sunday 25 Dhul-Qi'dah 1445H corresponding to 02 June 2024, and announces the opening and commencement of operating the Hospital and welcoming clients starting from Monday 04 Dhu al-Hijjah 1445H corresponding to 10 June 2024, God willing. The Group confirms the completion of testing and commissioning works for the operational requirements of the Hospital, including the readiness of the medical, nursing, technical and administrative staff necessary for the operation of the hospital, which will be gradual in line with operational requirements and to meet the growth requirements in the number of clients. The financial impact of operating the Hospital on the Group’s results will appear starting from the third quarter of the fiscal year 2024. |
