| Brief Resume | Eng. Samer A. Al-Hokail possesses a wealth of experience in leadership, planning and strategic management in energy sector. He has taken multiple leadership positions at Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) and its subsidiaries since joining it in 1997. In 2022, he established and started leading an organization responsible for Saudi Aramco International Affiliates business, overseeing the performance of more than 12 international affiliates with a combined asset value exceeding USD 35 billion. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Petroleum International in New York since 2016, with the responsibility of managing Saudi Aramco’s crude sales to North America. Eng. Samer holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, along with a fellowship in innovational and global leadership, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Arizona State University. |
