Announcement Detail | Further to the announcement by Saudi Airlines Catering Company that was published on the Capital Market Company’s (Tadawul) website on 5 October 2023 in relation to the change in the company's brand identity, SACC is hereby pleased to announce to its shareholders the approval of its Extraordinary General Assembly at the meeting held on 12 October 2023 to change the company’s trade name to be "CATRION Catering Holding Company.". This comes as part of the company’s vision which aims to expand the scope of its success and business thus reflecting its global aspirations. This is also in line with the growth opportunities targeted in the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. This is based on the record of achievements and notable results achieved by the company, and as an embodiment of the values adopted by the company, which are excellence, growth, innovation and commitment to the highest standards of quality. The company will continue to strengthen Its role and strategic relationships with its partners and customers in order to achieve their interests and aspirations. Moreover, the company will strive to diversify its services in the field of aviation and non-aviation sectors in a manner that contributes to the sustainability of its business, achieves profitability, and enhances its leadership role regionally and globally. |
