BUPA ARABIA FOR COOPERATIVE INSURANCE ANNOUNCES THE DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2015G
Further to the announcement published on Tadawul's website on Thursday 26 Sha'baan 1437H corresponding to 02 June 2016G in line with the approval of the Ninth Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on Wednesday 25 Sha'baan 1437H corresponding to 01 June 2016G. Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance announces the Process of the Dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2015, as follows:
1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 160,000,000 (160 million Saudi Riyals)
2. Dividend per share SAR 2.00
3. Dividend represent 20% of the nominal share value.
4. The eligibility for the dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on Wednesday 25 Sha'baan 1437H corresponding to 01 June 2016G and the dividend will be dispensed and deposited in the shareholders portfolios with effect from Monday 22 Ramadan 1437H corresponding to 27 June 2016G through direct deposit via the Saudi British Bank (SABB).
The company draws to the attention of the shareholders that their dividends will be directly deposited in their bank accounts, and recommends those who don't have a bank account tied to their portfolio to check their bank accounts with SABB branches to collect their dividend payment.
