BUPA ARABIA FOR COOPERATIVE INSURANCE COMPANY ANNOUNCES DIVIDENDS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2015
The Board of Directors of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. has on Sunday 17 Rajab 1437H, corresponding to 24/4/2016G, recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the year ending 31/12/2015G as follows:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 160,000,000 (160 million Saudi Riyals)
2.Dividend per share SAR 2.00
3.Dividend represent 20% of the nominal share value.
4.The eligibility for the dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the cash dividend payment date.
5.Details of the dividend distribution date : will be advised at a later date.
Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company received, on Sunday 17 Rajab 1437H, corresponding to 24/4/2016G, SAMA's no objection approval, for the Dividends recommendation proposal, for the year ending 31/12/2015G, through SAMA's letter number 371000079631, dated Sunday 17 Rajab 1437H, corresponding to 24/4/2016G.
