BUPA ARABIA FOR COOPERATIVE INSURANCE COMPANY ANOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS
Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company announces the receipt of SAMAs approval on 25/12/2014G to appoint the following Board Members representing the foreign shareholder: 1-Mr. David Martin Fletcher (non Executive Member) 2-Mr. Edward George Hannan (non Executive Member) The Board of Directors approved their nomination on 08/09/2014G which is not final and is subject to the approval of the shareholders in the General Assembly Meeting. These appointments will be presented for the approval of the first Assembly Meeting.
The Bupa roles and summary experience of the new Board members being as follows:
1. Mr. Edward George Fitzgerald Hannan is the Bupa International Development Markets Finance Director and prior to joining Bupa was Chief Financial Officer of RSA Insurance Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
2. Mr. David Martin FIetcher is the Bupa International Development Markets Managing Director and prior to joining Bupa was President Director of Permata Bank in Indonesia.
