Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company announces that its Board of Directors has approved, on 12th June 2014, corresponding to 14 SHa'baan 1435H, the following related to its Board of Directors' appointments for the new Board term period:
1)The appointment of Eng. Loay Hisham Nazer as Chairman of the Board
2)The appointment of Mrs. Elizabeth Alison Platt as Vice-Chairman of the Board
3)The appointment of Mr. Tal Hisham Nazer as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company
4) The appointment of the sub-committees of the board
All these appointments, as detailed within this announcement, subject to Bupa Arabia receiving the required regulatory approvals.
