Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Company (the Company) announces the acceptance by the Board of Directors of the Company, on Sunday 13th March 2016G, corresponding to 4 Jumada al Akher 1437H, of the resignations of two of the Board members representing the foreign shareholder (Bupa Investments Overseas Limited) as were submitted on the 13th March 2016G, corresponding to 4 Jumada al Akher 1437H, effective from 13th March 2016G, corresponding to 4 Jumada al Akher 1437H, due to the foreign shareholder request;
1. Mr. Edward George Fitzgerald Hannan (non-Executive Board Member)
2. Mr. Inaki Peralta Gracia (non-Executive Board Member)
The Company will be replacing the Board members representing the foreign shareholder (Bupa Investments Overseas Limited) and a further announcement will follow.
The Chairman and the members of the Board of Directors of the Company have expressed their appreciation to the members of the Board of Directors' representatives of the foreign shareholder for their valuable and effective contributions during their period of membership of the Company's Board of Directors.
