The Group is pleased to announce the Board of Directors’ resolution dated 02 January 2023, which includes the appointment of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairperson and the formation of committees emanating from the Board of Directors. In addition, to the appointment of the Board’s secretary and Group’s representatives with respect to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange, as attached on this announcement. (attached) It’s worth to mention that the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations, and remuneration of its members for the new term was approved during the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Wednesday 28 December 2022, noting that the members are: 1.
