| Additional Information | Eligible shareholders are those who own shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on 20/12/1445H (corresponding to 26/06/2024G). Attention of Investors not willing to subscribe is drawn to the importance of selling the right issues they hold during the specified trading period to avoid the resulting decline in the value of their investment portfolios as a result of not benefiting from their rights, whether by way of sale or subscription.
