| Announcement Detail | With reference to the Arabian Centres Company (CENOMI CENTERS) announcement on (Tadawul) website on 1/07/2024 AD corresponding to 25/12/1445 AH regarding the results of the Ordinary General Assembly and the approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends amounting to (178,130,000) SAR to (475) million shares for the period ending 31-03-2024 at (SAR 0.375) per share representing (3.75%) of the book value per share. The dividends entitlement to shareholders who own shares and are registered in the Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of the general assembly meeting Which was held on Sunday 06/30/2024 AD, corresponding to 24/12/1445 AH. Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) is pleased to to announce to its valued shareholders that The disbursement process will take place by transferring to shareholders' accounts associated with their investment portfolios from Thursday 18-07-2024 via Saudi Awwal Bank. by direct bank transfer to shareholders’ bank accounts linked to their portfolios. For the shareholders who own investment portfolios linked with bank accounts that do not accept bank transfers, they must go to any Saudi Awwal Bank branch along with their National ID (for Saudis) or Iqama (for no Saudis) to collect their dividends directly from the bank. ACC urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank account numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends. We would like to draw the attention to the foreign non-resident investors that the dividend paid by the Company is subject to a withholding tax of 5% upon transfer to the non-resident investor or credit to its account according to the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of the Implementing Regulations.
