"BURGERIZZR" announces that its new Board of Directors decided on 03 Muharram 1446 AH corresponding to 09 July 2024 AD the following: First: Appointing Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Ruwaigh as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Second: Appointing Mr. Sami bin Mohammed Obaid as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Third: Forming the "Audit Committee" and appointing the following members, namely: 1. Mr. Zeyad bin Abdullatif Al-Barrak (Chairman of the Committee) 2. Mr. Abdulrahman Asaad Al-Thukair 3. Mr. Mohammed Mansour Al-Mousa Fourth: Forming the "Nomination and Remuneration Committee" and appointing the following members, namely: 1. Mr. Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Shuhail (Chairman of the Committee) 2. Mr. Mohammed bin Ali Al-Ruwaigh 3. Mr. Sami bin Mohammed Obaid 4.
